We at RoyalAcademy™ value your commitment to continuing education and also recognize that unforeseen circumstances can affect your plans. To support flexibility while managing resources effectively, we have developed a cancellation and refund policy inspired by models like Airbnb’s approach to booking accommodations.

Cancellation Policy Details

1. Flexible Refund Policy:

  • More than 7 Days Notice: If you cancel your course registration more than 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a 100% refund. This policy is intended to give you peace of mind while planning your education and allows us adequate time to fill the course seat.
  • 3 to 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days of the course start date qualify for a 50% refund. This acknowledges the challenge of filling the spot on shorter notice, while still returning a significant portion of your investment.
  • Less than 3 Days Notice: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund. This timeframe makes it difficult to allocate the reserved resources effectively and fill the vacancy.

2. Extenuating Circumstances Policy:

Recognizing that life can be unpredictable, RoyalAcademy™ has provisions for extenuating circumstances that allow for exceptions to our standard cancellation policy:

  • Serious Illness or Injury: A serious medical condition affecting you or an immediate family member, substantiated by a medical report or doctor’s note, may qualify for a full refund.
  • Family Emergencies: Unexpected significant family emergencies such as a death or serious illness in the immediate family can be grounds for a full refund with appropriate documentation (e.g., a death certificate).
  • Natural Disasters and Unforeseen Events: Events such as natural disasters, terrorist activity, and travel restrictions imposed after the time of booking that directly impact your ability to attend the course may also warrant a full refund. Documentation or official notices may be required to process the refund.

3. Procedure for Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Initiating a Cancellation: To cancel your course registration, please contact our administration team via our official communication channels. Provide your registration details and the reason for cancellation.
  • Documentation: For standard cancellations, no documentation is needed. However, for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, supporting documents will be required to process your refund request.
  • Processing Time: Once a cancellation notice is received, RoyalAcademy™ will process your refund based on the terms of the policy. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Review and Appeals: In exceptional cases, if you believe that your circumstances warrant further review, you may appeal the initial decision by providing additional information for consideration.
